One of the advices that many people like to toss around is to not watch TV since it’s bad for you. With all of the bad news that TV stations keep feeding us, watching too much TV will only make you depressed. However, just like with anything, too much of it can really do some damage both physically as well as psychologically. When you sit in front of a box watching mindless shows, your mind can literally get into a trance.
